My brother Davy had his car serviced here on 8thJuly 2024. He was really impressed by the way he was treated. Darren the service manager was so helpful. Not only was his car serviced it was washed and hoovered. He also was transported back to Comber and collected in the afternoon when his car was ready. He will highly recommend this garage for the professional way he was treated. He doesn't even drive a Peugeot. Thanks Darren

Regency Cars Newtownards are great to deal with when buying a car with no hard sell or pressure to make a decision on the day when buying unlike some car dealers I've dealt in the past. Having dealt with Regency (Greg, Denver & Tom) over the past few years when buying cars they have always been easy to deal with, put you at ease and always go that extra mile for you. After the purchase Tom showed me around the car and made sure I knew every detail about it and even gave me his number to call if I had any issues. Great customer service and Tom knows his stuff. I found this really important and very helpful. Different car, different technology. So when driving off from Regency it was nice to know I knew all the functions in the car. I was treated as if I was part of the Royal Family. Highly recommended this dealership. 1st class and great coffee!

After a display came up on my screen warning me that the car was on a countdown to refusing to start along with a urea and service warning light. I filled up both dpf and add blue liquids and I couldn't get the lights out.
My mechanic said it was a Peugeot code and could only be reset by a dealership.I called regency and got Darren who fitted me in and had the car sorted in 90 mins.He also informed me that there was a recall on the car and they were ordering a new Cat system, it would be supplied and fitted free of charge.
Result....thanks to all at Regency especially to Darren who was a gentleman.

we saw a car on Autotrader that was exactly what my wife wanted, then saw it was in northern Ireland, this raised concerns about viewing & delivery of the car. I rang regency cars & was assured by Darren that all shipping etc would be taken care of by them. Darren then sent us a video of the car without us even asking. we bought the car , which was delivered to our home 10 days later . The car is in immaculate condition , Darren kept us informed of the cars movements & answered all our calls promptly. we are very pleased with our purchase & would like to thank Darren for everything he did for us.

We had a wonderful experience working with Darren at Regency Cars. He was helpful and went above and beyond. I mentioned that we wanted to buy a roof rack for the car and asked if he had any suggestions, he actually took the time to research it and see if they could install them for me. Even though the turn around time did not make it possible, he was incredibly helpful. And after finding the car, they cleaned it, inspected it, and delivered it to our front door within two days. Their professionalism, courteousness, and honesty has earned them a repeat customer.
